Our Founder's Story:

Brittany Zamani, founder and CEO of TrueTalent, is a trusted and proven talent advisor with 15 years of professional recruiting experience across startups and Fortune 500 companies. Brittany has recruited top talent internally for some of the best companies in the world, including Meta, Apple and PayPal (Venmo). An extremely passionate and naturally curious person who thrives off helping others, Brittany has delivered exceptional results as a high performer recruiter and recruiting leader her entire career. 

During her time at Meta, she contributed to the build out of a brand new recruiting team, Talent Accelerator, to innovate the way Meta sources and attracts top engineering talent. Brittany also hired the first ever Facebook Elections team and created a holistic, scalable process for hiring across key teams in Global Operations. Most recently, Brittany led a team of Senior Tech Recruiters at PayPal to support the tech and product hiring across payment platforms like Venmo. 

Brittany’s done it all: from in-house to agency recruiting, to sourcing the 1%, to recruiting end to end (full desk) as well as leading and scaling global recruitment teams. Her expertise spans across technology, software engineering, global supply chain and global operations. 
 
Brittany resides in Austin, Texas with her husband, her daughter Zara and twins Zoey & Dylan (shout out to twin moms everywhere!). When she’s not recruiting, you can find Brittany buzzing around Austin, on the lake, working on her golf game, and playground hopping. How do you find candidates?
We use a combination of sourcing techniques, including Applicant Tracking Systems, AI Recruitment tools, social media, networking, and our extensive database of qualified candidates to identify the best talent for your organization.

Nope! Our job is to help you find a job, at no cost to you.

Yes! For all contingent searches, we guarantee candidates will be in role for at least 30 days. If not, we will replace the candidate at no extra cost to you.
How long does it take for you to fill a role?
It depends on the role, level and skillset. We target a turnaround time for sharing candidates within 48 hours of our first intake meeting. We strive to fill most roles within 60 days, and 90 days for Executive level.

Our fees vary based on the engagement model: Subscription-Based Recruitment, Retainer Partnership Exclusive, or Contingent Search (direct placement). We typically charge a flat monthly fee or a direct placement % fee, depending on the services provided. See services.
